From one label-reader to another
“We read the labels and couldn't ignore what we found: filler formulas with just a sprinkle of the good stuff, made in facilities we wouldn't trust with our kids' safety. So we made a change. Real ingredients, in real amounts, made in the USA.”
Not in the eczema cream. Not in the baby balm. Not in anything.

Questions
We're a family-owned skincare company, making clean, science-backed products since 2015. Our formulas pair powerful natural ingredients, like manuka honey and colloidal oatmeal, with the research behind them, for everyday skin and every skin in the house.
Real ingredients, in real amounts. Many brands add a sprinkle of the good stuff so it can go on the label; we use the ingredients we name at levels that actually make a difference. And we leave out what we wouldn't use on our own family: no parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrance or steroids.
If it shouldn't go in your body, we won't put it on your skin. We use mostly plant-based, food-grade ingredients wherever possible, skip fillers and synthetic fragrance, and list every ingredient on the label so you can read it for yourself.
Era Organics products are made in the United States. The brand sources selected materials from locations around the world before manufacturing the finished formulas in the United States.
We make every product with sensitive skin in mind, and our baby line is made for newborn skin. Superbalm, Diaper Rash Cream and Talc Free Baby Powder are pediatrician recommended, and Harmony is gynecologist approved.
Every skin is different, so patch test first. For a new baby, check with your pediatrician if you're unsure.
You're covered by our Empty Bottle Promise: if you don't love it within 60 days, we'll refund you, even if the jar is empty.
Era Organics does not currently offer sample sizes. Every purchase is covered by our 60-day Empty Bottle Promise, which provides a full refund when a returned product does not meet expectations.
No, Era Organics does not test its products on animals. The brand identifies its products as cruelty-free and displays the PETA symbol.
Most Era Organics products are gluten free. Each product page identifies whether the formula is gluten free, allowing customers with specific sensitivities to review the product before use.
No, not every Era Organics product is 100% organic. USDA certified formulas contain at least 95% organic ingredients, while other formulas use selected nontoxic and GMO free ingredients when fully organic alternatives affect performance or do not qualify for USDA certification.
Preservatives protect water based formulas (creams, lotions, or cleansers) against mold, bacteria, fungi, and other microbial growth. Era Organics selects gentle, nontoxic preservatives when a formula requires protection and lists preservative ingredients for greater transparency.
Era Organics combines multiple ingredients to create versatile formulas for a broad range of skin types and concerns. Each blend provides a varied mix of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other skin supporting properties while reducing the need for numerous single purpose products.
Usage varies by formula, so follow the directions provided on each product page and label. Most products are suitable for regular use according to skin needs, while exfoliating products (face scrubs or Dead Sea mud masks) require less frequent use to avoid stripping essential oils.
Each product page explains the formula's intended skin types, concerns, ingredients, and directions. Customers who need further guidance can contact Era Organics for a personalized product recommendation, and the support team generally responds within the same day.
Stop using the product immediately if redness, itching, burning, or any other form of irritation develops. Era Organics recommends performing a patch test on the inner wrist before broader use and contacting a physician when irritation occurs.
Customers can join the Era Organics email newsletter to receive current deals, coupon announcements, and product offers. Available promotions and eligibility requirements vary by campaign.
Yes, Era Organics accepts eligible product returns under its 60-day Empty Bottle Promise. Customers can return an unsatisfactory product within the guarantee period for a full refund.
