I switched to this product a month or so ago. Or less. And instantly, within the first week my skin looked different.
I have dry skin - so I don’t get much acne but I have a lot of discoloration and dark circles. I try to keep it hydrated and moisturized, but nevertheless the problems persist. This face wash has helped soothe my skin along with the moisturizer. Big difference - quick!
I’m 56 very soon and I haven’t broke out in years and I also have PCOS but do not suffer since my 30’s with acne. Well, that changed cause first day I used the Cleanse & Restore it made me break out all over my left side of face. That didn’t detour me cause I tried for 4 more days thinking it would get better but the breakout was NOT healing. So, I pulled out my Olay cleansing face wash and used it instead and next day that acne began healing so I know it was the Cleanse & Restore that caused me that break out. That was disappointing. Now the jar of the advance 12 and one moisturizer “Complete” I do really like and the great thing is that I don’t have to use a lot to get the right amount of moisturize for my face and neck. Id give a little tip to others trying it that if you don’t want to look oily faced (which I don’t) just use a very small amount around your face and neck because a little goes along way. As far as the microabrasion jar “Revive” I haven’t yet used that product just yet because right before receiving the Revive I had just done on my face the Olay microabrasion kit. I’ll be trying the Revive in a week but not just yet. Anyways, so far the only product I’m not satisfied with is the Cleanse & Restore.
Dramatically helps my eczema by reducing even the itchiest of cases while allowing my skin to heal and be soothed.
I used to use the typical exfoliating face wash from the grocery store, only to find out those products have micro plastics. I searched for an alternative and eraorganics was the number one choice! I personally prefer to use an exfoliating wash on my face daily. I don't use any other acne medications and get compliments on my skin. It'sall because of this product, I use nothing else!!
recommend 10/10 for you girlies out there with dry and sensitive skin. product is a must on my skin care routine.

Can I use this on damaged skin like eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, etc?
Yes, that is why we made it.
Why is pH balance important?
Your skin is 5.5 pH and this is needed to provide a layer of protection. But most soaps are 8-10 pH and so can weaken the skin and even lead to uncomfortable skin conditions.

How often do I need to use it?
Our unique formula works to the base of your skin and lasts 8-12 hours. It won’t sweat or rub off. So we recommend twice a day. If you have troublesome areas, feel free to use it more frequently if necessary.
Can I use it on my body, hands or feet?
This moisturizer works well on all skin types, anywhere on the body. You can use it on rough hands, cracked heels, sunburns, bug bites, rashes, dry/cracked skin, etc.
Revive+:
How long should I leave it on my face when using it as a mask?
We suggest leaving it on for 5-10 minutes and then gently exfoliating as you rinse.
How often can I use it?
We suggest using it every 2-3 days. It’s important to give your skin a chance to maintain it’s natural oils and nutrients.
Does this have microbeads?
No the exfoliating properties in this scrub come from the walnut shells.
Can I use this with a machine?
No this formula is not designed to be used with machines.

What do I do if I experience burning or irritation?
First, we recommend testing a sample for any allergies. Allergies are very rare (less than 1%) but it’s best to be safe. We recommend testing on your inner wrist since that is more sensitive skin. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your physician.
