Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is a powerful anti-irritation that helps reduce the appearance of redness and irritation. It helps keep the skin clean, clear and exfoliated from impurities. Fun fact: Manuka Honey gets it’s near magical power because the bees that produce it gather their pollen from the Manuka Bush (otherwise known as the Tea Tree.)
-
St. John’s Wort
No, not that kind of wart. “Wort” refers to plants and herbs used in medicine. This flower is a great ingredient when dealing with blemishes. St. John’s Wort is naturally anti-irritation that soothes and fortifies skin.
-
Aloe Vera
Naturally includes vitamins A, C, B and E and is loaded with minerals such as Zinc, Calcium, Magnesium and Copper, plus enzymes essential to all living organisms. Enjoy deep hydration, calming irritated skin and increased recovery for softer looking skin.
-
Pomegranate Seed Oil
Taken from the delicious pomegranate fruit, this oil contains the unique omega-5 fatty acid. It helps protect against damaging UV rays and sun damage. It also helps improve skin texture while rejuvenating your skin and fighting against aging.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have dry skin. Can I still use this?
While Tea Tree is used to help excess oils, our formula is also made to support all skin types.
How often can I use it?
We recommend using it at least twice a day, morning and night.
How much do I use?
After washing and drying your face, we recommend starting with a dime sized amount and then use more as needed.
Can I use this on damaged skin?
To be safe, we don’t recommend using this product on broken skin as it could sting.
Can it be used on sensitive skin?
We used enough tea tree oil to provide its benefits, but kept it at low enough levels so as to not irritate the skin. We always recommend testing a sample, though.
What do I do if I experience burning or irritation?
First, we recommend testing a sample for any allergies. Allergies are very rare (less than 1%) but it’s best to be safe. We recommend testing on your inner wrist since that is more sensitive skin. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your physician.
Is this product organic?
All of our products have a minimum 70% organic formula when including water-based ingredients such as organic aloe vera and 98-99% plant-derived when including the preservatives used to prevent microbes and mold. None of our formulas include harsh chemicals, useless fillers or dangerous toxins found in other skin care products.
